Zdeněk Šoustal

Zdeněk Šoustal is among the most prominent Czech entrepreneurs and investors. 

He has been in business since 1992, when he founded the investment group Reticulum, which today operates in 11 European countries and manages assets worth over EUR 4 billion. 

Together with Milan Kratina, he built the Accolade Group, one of the leading developers of industrial and logistics parks in Europe, with a portfolio covering 3.5 million m² across ten markets. Accolade’s facilities are used by companies such as IKEA, DHL, and Amazon, and its projects have created more than 30,000 jobs. 

Reticulum’s portfolio also includes Brno Airport, the agricultural group MJM Agro, the retail developer MY Park with expansion into Poland, and technology projects in precision agriculture. In 2025, he received the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Czech Republic award. 

He brings more than three decades of experience in building companies from scratch to a pan-European scale to JCHS.
